1. How itbidding works?
   Ans: Itbidding is the most secured online process for buyer to outsource their development projects and hire providers to perform the tasks. Providers can build their profile and search for projects worldwide, with assurance of secured payment after completing the task.
2. How much does it cost to use itbidding?
   Ans: Provider & buyer can register for any of the three types of membership options; platinum, gold and silver for one year, six months and one month respectively. For more details see itbidding Pricing Policy.

Provider FAQs

1. How to sign up as a provider?
   Ans: To register as a provider select signup option and then press become a provider. Simply fill up all the information with a unique username (Log-In ID) along with a secure password and provide your valid email address. You will become our registered user as provider. You will have to create a profile to bid for work.
2. How can I pay for the membership?
   Ans: All payments will be processed via bank transfer or debit/credit card transactions.
3. How to find a job?
   Ans: At first you have to be a registered user. Make your profile up-to-date and bid for open projects. If buyer chooses you as the right one to do the job, then he/she will confirm you as job provider.
4. How to communicate with buyers?
   Ans: Pmb (personal message box) will open after job agreement confirmation. By using pmb, both parties can communicate directly to talk about the project.
5. After getting the Job from buyer - What happens next?
   Ans: Project will appear under Assigned Jobs on provider control panel after the job is awarded. After receiving the agreed amount, itbidding admin will confirm the project to run.
6. As a provider, how do I use Escrow?
   Ans: Itbidding escrow is a win-win and confidence-builder for both parties. Once arrangements are made and funds are placed into escrow, as a Provider you may assure that money is there waiting for you after deliver the results.
7. How do I withdraw funds?
   Ans: Send request with mentioning withdrawal amount for admin approval. You can withdraw the amount which is permitted by buyer and approved by admin.
