1. How itbidding works?
   Ans: Itbidding is the most secured online process for buyer to outsource their development projects and hire providers to perform the tasks. Providers can build their profile and search for projects worldwide, with assurance of secured payment after completing the task.
2. How much does it cost to use itbidding?
   Ans: Provider & buyer can register for any of the three types of membership options; platinum, gold and silver for one year, six months and one month respectively. For more details see itbidding Pricing Policy.

Buyers FAQs

1. How do I sign up as a buyer?
   Ans: To register as a buyer select signup option and then press get started. Simply fill up all the information with a unique username (Log-In ID) along with a secure password and provide your valid email address. You will become our registered user as buyer. You will have to make a profile for providers to know about your present activities and background.
2. How to find a provider?
   Ans: Buyer will have to post the job with job description, required skills and budget for the job. After bidding is over buyer will select providers on the basis of their proposals, portfolio and bid amount.
3. How to post a job?
   Ans: Click on post a job key. Select project category, provider country, budget and bid closing date to post a new project. You can also attach agreements, additional or reference documents or images for provider to learn more about the task as well.
4. How to evaluate providers and select them?
   Ans: Buyer will see providers who bid for the posted job from lowest bid amount to highest bid amount. Buyer can select provider on the basis of lower amount and higher expertise.
5. Is there any negotiating terms for hiring provider?
   Ans: Fixed price option is recently available. Provider has to ask the budget within the minimum limit, posted by the buyer.
6. How do I manage my job?
   Ans: Buyer can talk with provider through pmb messaging system. Buyer can control withdraw amount during the project run. Buyer can also view project progress from their control panel.
7. How do I leave feedback for the provider?
   Ans: After completing the project both buyer and provider will ask for feedback. Providers build a reputation of client satisfaction and buyers build a history of reliable hiring and payment. In future feedback will serve as references for both parties when evaluating whom to work with. Feedback can only be left by past clients of that provider on itbidding, so you can be confident that the history of comments and ratings are from justifiable experiences of other itbidding members.
8. What is the payment system of itbidding?
   Ans: Itbidding will pay to provider after deducting 8% amount as commission on the agreed amount for the project. Commission will be deducted from every withdraw amount. No commission will be charged from buyer for any awarded project.
9. How to cancel a job?
   Ans: If agreement is done then there is no opportunity to stop the project. Project has to be cancelled before final agreement.
