Cancellation Policy

Return of products & cancellation of order:

• Itbidding (www.itbidding.com) requests both Buyer and Provider to accept the terms and conditions of Itbidding.

• Itbidding by no means will be involved in management of the mutual understanding between buyers and providers unless Itbidding is approached by the parties.

• Itbidding will not be liable for breach of mutual understanding between buyers and providers and will not take responsibility for losses.

• All payments of buyer and seller are to be made through Itbidding payment gateway.

• Order costs must be deposited to Itbidding bidding (Escrow funds, or payment gateway) once the order between buyer and provider is finalized.

• In order to minimize disputes it is expected that buyers and providers will exchange their mutual understanding in writing.

• Itbidding will put all payments on hold, if it is officially informed of any disputes between buyer and provider and will not unfreeze till a settlement is agreed upon and so informed by the parties concerned.

• If Buyer, due to product dissatisfaction, or for any other reasons, rejects the product/order, it will be Buyer’s responsibility to return the product/order in original condition to the Provider at his own costs which must be implemented within 30 days after receiving the delivery of order from the Provider.

• If Provider fails to submit products/services as agreed with the buyer, a demurrage charge may apply benefiting the Buyers.

• Buyers could withdraw fund so deposited with Itbidding, if it cancels any order subject to mutual understanding between Buyers and Providers. The Itbidding’s service charge which is 2.5% of the order cost is non-refundable and in addition, Buyers will be obliged to bear any other transactional and bank charges so incurred by Itbidding. Itbidding will deduct these costs before sending the deposit to the Buyers.

• If Provider fails to provide products/services as agreed, and if Buyer/Provider brings this to the notice of Itbidding, the matter will be referred to the Askbangladesh.Com Limited for a peaceful solution acceptable to both Buyer/Provider.

• Itbidding commission on buyer’s order is not refundable. In case, a order fails, Itbidding will deduct its commission from the Order cost before sending money back to the buyers. Moreover, bank charge, if any, and any other transactional cost will also be deducted from the buyer’s deposit before returning the deposit to the buyer.

• The Payment Gateway will deliver services on the recommendations of buyers and Itbidding.

Cancellations by Itbidding:

• If membership is upgraded at the request of the user, the payment invoice must be cleared within 7 days after invoice is sent. Failure to pay within 7 days will result in cancellation of upgrading. Upgrading payment is not refundable once it is paid to Itbidding.  
  

Refusal of Service:

• Itbidding reserves the right at its sole discretion to refuse or cancel the hosting service or any other services provided, at any time.

• Violation of any Itbidding Policies could result in a warning, suspension, or possible Refusal of Service.

• Registration fee for membership is not refundable once paid and membership is activated.

• Members with poor payment record may face cancellation of their membership with Itbidding.
